OUR STORY

Food and family are possibly India’s two biggest obsessions. The two define its identity and personality. Every community in India has its own recipes, spices and cooking techniques.

When cousins Jahangir Alom Ali and Juned Ahmed Ali decided upon opening a restaurant, it became the bringing together of family and food literally. Jahangir and Juned wanted customers to discover India with each delicious mouthful.

The cousins wanted to offer a new dining experience to Norwich and were passionate about introducing Indian Street Food. The two founders, with support from family, trawled high and low for the best recipes, team & ingredients. Their vision resulted in the birth of Dhaba at Fifteen.
